The forums software won't allow me to quote everything with quote-Tags, so I'll quote differently here and there.

Take it to trouble tickets and explain what the problem is and either I or mystic can help you out. :)

Done. :)

There's always the multi quote function..

Though, if you want to split up a post by a single person you can only do it manually as far as I know. I'm not even sure if it's possible to make something that does it automatically.

If I understand your concern, there seems to be a limit to the number of quotes that the forum software allows? As, far as I know there shouldn't be.

Like Mazeter says above, if done manually using [ quote ]
manually around the quote you wish, there shouldn't be a limit. If there is a expectation of the software automatically doing it for you, it does for the originals, but if you want to break it up you'll have to do it manually. Also turn on the "multi quote" option (As Mazeter also mentioned) and see of that helps.

If you want to keep the name of the poster within the quote you just need to copy paste the
at the beginning of all quotes.

If you don't mind I'll go into your post and see if it will quote. If it doesn't I'll look into the software and see if we left a quote limit on.

Edit: There must have been a default setting. So, yes there does seem to be a limit. I do not have time to look into it now. I'll send mystic and The Forum Administrator a e-mail reporting the problem. hopefully we can resolve it soon.

I'll post back here if it is fixed or at least and explanation.

Thanks. :)

OK, the reason that there is a set limit on quoting is because multiple quote embedding can cause some browsers to hang or crash.

The old limit was 10, we've upped it to 15 and are reluctant to do more due to the above.

If anyone has a problem with hanging or crashing after multiple quotes, start a thread in Trouble Tickets and we'll adjust the quote limit again.

Problem solved so this will go to "Answered".
