[Raven]

I was looking at the Archos 9 earlier - on paper it looks great but I've read mixed reviews. I was wondering if anyone had one and could give me their opinion. Main criticisms seem to be that it is slow and the touchscreen is unresponsive. The specs make it look a hundred times better than an iPad, is it really? Should I go for one of the cheap Android iPad knock-offs available? After all, it's pretty much a toy! I just thought an Archos 9 may have practical uses too. Opinions please! :)
